Use:

It is a high potency formulation of glucosamine and chondroitin reinforced with high levels of other nutrients which are recommended for joint care. Each active component is selected based on both their mechanism of action, and based on the synergy of the components together.

3 tablets (recommended daily dose) provide 1500mg of glucosamine sulphate, wherein the level Have used in many studies, as well as with chondroitin sulphate 300mg and 150mg MSM. Also added powerful bioflavonoid Quercetin (at a dose of 60mg per 3 tablets), the Ginger (as a concentrated extract, at a dose of 1200mg per 3 tablets and rose hip extract (at a dose of 400mg, per 3 tablets).

It should be noted that a common practice with chondroitin supplements is the use of preparations with 20% chondroitin, but the label may indicate that the content is 100%. Many times a complement referred as content 400mg chondroitin sulphate is ultimately contains 80mg chondroitin sulphate.
