dosage:

20 ml daily, preferably 20-30 minutes before a meal and without concomitant intake of food rich in calcium. For better utilization of the content of nutrients , it is proposed to split the daily amount into 2 doses before meals ( e.g., 2 times daily 10 ml).

Each 20ml Floradix give 15mg of iron Fe (II).
