Dosage and method of use

Adults: 10-15 drops in a little water, 3 times a day before meals. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water, 3 times a day before meals.

 

Note: O ideal use of Centaurium is taking 15 minutes before meals in a little water. Before swallowing, hold it for a while in the mouth to enhance their action.
