Usage: It is proven that the diet of people are deficient in two essential nutrients that help build bone, calcium and magnesium, and that low doses of calcium may help to increase the rate at which bone density decreases with age.

The Ministry of Health of Great Britain recommends women a daily calcium intake of more than 1200mg, an amount that is difficult to achieve through diet (especially if the diet contains little dairy products).

Magnesium, which is increasingly absent from the food we receive is known to help in the deposition of calcium in bones.
