METHODS OF PREPARATION

HOT DRINKS : For 1 cup (220 ml) hot water add 1 teaspoon each of the mixture , cover the pan wait 5-7 minutes to release the active substances of plant , drain in a fine sieve and enjoy the beneficial components of the herbs . Add brown sugar , honey or lemon if desired.
