Dosage and method of use

Use with spreads: Spread a small amount of cream in various parts of the body like the neck, neck, back, chest, etc. several times a day.

Use by inhalation for adults: Dissolve one teaspoon of the product in a container with hot water. Take deep breaths over the container, placing a towel on your head, in such a way as to cover both the head and the receptacle, to inhalation total quantity of essential oils released from the hot solution.
