General information about Spirulina:

The Spirulina is a primitive multicellular mikrofiki appeared on Earth before 3.5 billion years. With the ability to absorb twice the photosynthetic biomass quantities of carbon dioxide (CO2) and bind atmospheric nitrogen (N).

It has helped shape the modern Earth's atmosphere, enriching it with plenty of oxygen. Biologically defined as a body thermophilic (optimum 35c) and alkalofylos (pH 11.9). These conditions ensure the geothermal field of Nigritas (hot) with thermal mineral waters. The high photon flux in the region contributes to high rates of photosynthesis to produce ultra-high quality spirulina.

Historically, the Spanish conquerors of Mexico, in the 16th century observed the Aztecs to collect thin nets from lakes natural spirulina and convert it into cakes, the main component of their diet.

 

How to eat: Two pills in the morning with a glass of water or juice and two o'clock half an hour before meals for better absorption of iron.
