General Information:

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, also known as production (d-alpha tocopherol), which acts as an active antioxidant, inhibiting the oxidation of vitamin A, selenium, amino acid and vitamin C, helping to maintain the health of the cells and skin.

 

Vitamin E is useful for healthy red blood cells, helps slow the aging and reduces cramps and muscle stiffness in athletes. Oxygenating the body for greater durability and protects the lungs from air pollution. Prevents and reduces clots and helps control blood cholesterol in combination with fat-soluble (lecithin).
