Foods that should be avoided during the fungus fighting effort is mostly canned fruit, the aged cheeses, alcohol, coffee, tea, white bread, white pasta, peanuts, mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, soya, sugar, chocolate, honey, vinegar, margarines, peanut oil, corn oil, the vamakelaio.

 

2 capsules daily with. The capsules may be opened and their contents mixed with food or juice.
